The Lowcountry’s Beloved Holiday Festival Of Lights Will Be Returning To South Carolina
We love delivering good news! In this topsy-turvy year of taking things one day at a time, we can now officially look forward to the return of the annual Holiday Festival of Lights at James Island County Park this holiday season. The festival announced on its Facebook page on Monday that it has decided to move forward with this year’s event – and we couldn’t be more excited or thrilled. So there you have it! A possible return to some sense of normalcy, if only for the evening you make the trek to Charleston to experience this massive drive-through light show.
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life as we all practice social and physical distancing. While we’re continuing to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, we don’t expect or encourage you to go check them out immediately. We believe that supporting local attractions is important now more than ever and we hope our articles inspire your future adventures! And on that note, please nominate your favorite local business that could use some love right now: https://www.onlyinyourstate.com/nominate/
