Chasing waterfalls is fun all year long in South Carolina. Even in the colder months, you can bundle up and hit most of the trails in the state to discover amazing adventures that await. When you take the Asbury Trail near Cleveland, South Carolina, you’ll encounter three wonderful waterfalls – including a rare double waterfall where two creeks merge at precisely the point with a rock wall creates the perfect waterfall drop.

Of note: this trail is on private property belonging to a camp and retreat center. You’ll need to call ahead to get permission to use the trail. During certain times of the year when camp is in session, permission my be denied.
