Why buy a Christmas tree from a big box store when you can cut your own and create a new family tradition right here at home in South Carolina? You may be surprised to learn the Palmetto State has a number of Christmas tree farms scattered all over the state and we can’t think of a better way to cultivate some holiday cheer than by heading to a farm and choosing/cutting your own Christmas tree.

Lebanon Christmas Tree Farm opens for the season on Thanksgiving Day. The activities (scavenger hunt, Santa’s Workshop, and the Christmas Train) are only available on the weekends; however the farm is open for choosing and cutting your own tree all week long beginning November 22, 2018. The hours are Thanksgiving Day from 2:00 p.m. until dark; then Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. until dark, and Saturday/Sunday from 9:00 a.m. until dark.
