The South Carolina Amusement Park That Transformed Into A Winter Wonderland This Year
For the first time ever, Carowinds, located on the border (literally) between North and South Carolina has transformed into a Winter Wonderland and is open on select nights through December 30, 2017. They’re even making snow! Bundle up and get ready to experience this South Carolina amusement park in a way you’ve never experienced it before.
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life as we all practice social and physical distancing. While we’re continuing to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, we don’t expect or encourage you to go check them out immediately. We believe that supporting local attractions is important now more than ever and we hope our articles inspire your future adventures! And on that note, please nominate your favorite local business that could use some love right now: https://www.onlyinyourstate.com/nominate/
Have you been to Carowinds this year for WinterFest? For another fun holiday event for the entire family, head to the state’s only drive-through Christmas lights safari!
