The beach at Kiawah Beachwalker County Park not only has some of the clearest and cleanest water along the coast, it’s also not going to be as crowded as some beaches.

It has amenities you won't find at just any beach. A seasonal snack bar opens (see this link for dates when seasonal amenities are available), and boasts both restrooms and changing rooms.
It's no wonder native South Carolinians and visitors alike love this hidden gem so much.

Before you go, there's one thing you should know: the park has limited parking ‐ as seen in the top middle of this satellite image. When those spots are filled, you'll either have to wait until someone leaves, or turn around and leave. So plan to arrive very early in the day to assure you get to enjoy the spoils of this wonderful county park and beach.
