10 Terrible And Terrifying South Carolina Storms Caught On Tape

South Carolina has been pretty lucky overall when it comes to storms whether they are hail storms, snow storms, tropical storms, or hurricanes. Don’t get me wrong we have had our fair share (Remember Hugo?) but we don’t get knocked down as often as a lot of places. Here is some amazing video footage of those rare storms caught on tape.

Looking back at one of the most terrifying hurricanes to hit South Carolina. In 1989, Hugo came onto land hitting Charleston with all of its force and fury. Although, there was much that needed to be rebuilt and many tears were shed, I have to say that Charleston stood her ground.

The force of nature always amazes me and, at times, terrifies me. It has no limits, no sympathy, and no prejudice. In truth, it has no conscience.
