Nothing hits the spot on a hot, summer day better than ice cream. You’ve probably tried Vic’s Craft Ice Cream at pop-ups all over the state, but it has a permanent location in Barrington now, and you’re going to want to pay it a visit soon.
Welcome to Vic's Craft Ice Cream! You've loved the pop-up shops, but just wait til you see the new location. It's situated in an adorable little house in the East Bay.
You'll feel right at home in this little ice cream parlor, which opened in May, 2019. You'll probably find Victoria Young there, scooping her unique craft ice cream.
One of the best things about Vic's Craft Ice Cream? There's something new here every day. One day, you might find a decadent ice cream sandwich made with cowboy cookies and dark chocolate truffle ice cream...
...and the next day, you might find delectable donuts with three different ice cream choices. Since the menu changes so often, the only thing to do is visit several times a week!
All of the ice cream is made in small batches, and the flavors are creative and unique. Vic's makes flavors you never thought were possible, like white chocolate lavender, lemon blossom, and rhubarb crumble.
The ice cream flavors are always changing, but one thing that's tradition here is the signature cherry gummy candy that tops every ice cream cone and cup.
