The Most Quintessential New England Town Is Wickford Village, Rhode Island

Rhode Island may be a small state, but it’s filled with charming small towns with a lot of, history and culture. It’s simply one of the perks of being one of the oldest states in the union, and it’s something we don’t take for granted. But you’d be hard-pressed to find a small town more enchanting… and more decidedly New England… than Wickford Village.

We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life as we all practice social and physical distancing. While we’re continuing to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, we don’t expect or encourage you to go check them out immediately. We believe that supporting local attractions is important now more than ever and we hope our articles inspire your future adventures! And on that note, please nominate your favorite local business that could use some love right now:

Wickford Village is a wonderful place to visit in any season. If you’re interested in taking a self-guided walking tour (otherwise known as a social distancing stroll), you’ll find more information here.
