Rhode Island’s bridges are what connects the state, and you’ll see them all over the place. That being said, by definition, the Ocean State actually only has one true covered bridge — and that’s pretty surprising, since historic covered bridges are scattered all over New England. But while the Swamp Meadow Bridge is the only of its kind, it certainly has staying power.
