This lighthouse dates all the way back to 1816 and it was built to replace the original lighthouse in this spot, which was destroyed in 1815. The Point Judith Light is located on the west side of the entrance to Narragansett Bay.

Beavertail State Park spans 153 acres, and they're all stunning. The lighthouse was built in 1856 and now serves as a museum showcasing the structure's history.

This lighthouse was home to Ida Lewis, who served as its keeper from 1857 until her death in 1911. The Ida Lewis Yacht Club, which has its home here, was named in her honor.

Located on the northern part of Goat Island in Newport, this lighthouse was the first to guide mariners into Newport in the early 1800s. In 1988, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Notice how this lighthouse blends flawlessly with the stunning landscape?

This lighthouse is only viewable from across the water, but you can get a great view from Sakonnet Point in Little Compton.

This majestic lighthouse sits along the Providence River near the Riverside neighborhood of East Providence. While it was built in 1871, it became automated in 1974.
