This Charming Little Farm Is The Best Kept Secret In Rhode Island

Is there anything better than biting into a fresh, crisp apple? Pick your own, and somehow, they taste even better! For a wonderful afternoon in rural Rhode Island, visit Knight Farm Apple Orchard. You can pick a bushel of apples, get some ice cream or a doughnut, and take a hayride….and you’ll make some lasting memories, too.

You'll find Knight Farm Apple Orchard at 1 Snake Hill Road in North Scituate. The farm has been in operation for over 200 years.

The orchard is open every day from 9:00 AM to 5 PM. It's even open on most holidays.

Visit the Farmers Omelette, the farm's store and restaurant. The restaurant serves breakfast and lunch from 7 AM to 1:30 PM.

Start off with a delicious farm breakfast.

Then, head to the orchard to pick your own apples. They'll show you how to harvest the apples, and provide you with containers.

There's nothing like a fresh apple!

Take a hayride for a fun, relaxing trip around the orchard.

After you're all done picking apples, reward yourself for all that hard work with some ice cream.

How about a fresh, warm cider donut? Eat one now, or buy a dozen to enjoy at home.
