The railroad line itself dates back to 1979, so its passengers have been enjoying scenic views of southern Rhode Island for over 40 years.

Jingle on the Rails Holiday Dinner Train is definitely one of the most popular.

The trip is 2.5 hours long, and it's incredibly festive and scenic. This is a chance to relax and unwind before all the holiday madness begins.

Choose between several appetizers, a soup or salad, entrees like a Grand Tenderloin and Glazed Salmon, and a decadent dessert. Beer, wine, mixed drinks, and soft drinks are also available for purchase. The train has a full bar.

Masks are required when boarding the train, and they'll all be operating at a reduced capacity to ensure safe social distancing is possible.

Tickets start at $67.95 per person for adults and children over 10.
