Sleep Inside A Historic Schoolhouse For A One-Of-A-Kind Rhode Island Experience
School is now in session… but when you spend the night at the Trinity Schoolhouse, that doesn’t mean what you might think. This charming historic schoolhouse has been converted into a bed and breakfast with private rooms for rent. And your only homework is to get a good night’s rest.
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. While we continue to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, please take proper precautions or add them to your bucket list to see at a later date. If you know of a local business that could use some extra support during these times, please nominate them here: onlyinyourstate.com/nominate

The schoolhouse is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Many of the historic details are still in place, which you'll love.

The Gilbert Stuart Room, pictured here, has its own entrance from School Street.

It has a stall shower, and bathrobes are supplied for your comfort.

The schoolhouse is also within walking distance of some great restaurants.

This cozy space is only accessible to one other set of guests.

No one will punish you for falling asleep in class here.
