Opened Just Before COVID, Chaska Is One Of The Coolest Spots In Rhode Island Fighting Against The Odds
To say that this year has been a tough one for the restaurant industry is an enormous understatement. In a time period where our favorite bars and eateries are merely trying to survive, we can’t imagine what it must be like to be the new kid on the block. Rhode Island had quite a few restaurants open either during COVID or just before it hit. Chaska barely had time to establish a reputation before COVID came along, but they’re doing all they can to make it… and they’re succeeding.
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. While we continue to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, please take proper precautions or add them to your bucket list to see at a later date. If you know of a local business that could use some extra support during these times, please nominate them here: onlyinyourstate.com/nominate

They opened their doors last December, just a few months before our world changed forever.

The restaurant is casual, modern, and as authentic as it gets.

Chaska is a Hindi term for obsession, and it's safe to say it's appropriately named.

From the Mandarin Mimosa to the tequila-filled Turm-Inator, if you enjoy a drink or two with your dinner, you'll love these creative concoctions.

They'll deliver locally to this day if you happen to be local.

You can make your igloo reservation online and heat up from the inside out during your visit with the eatery's new hot cocktail selections.

It's impressive that, despite the odds being stacked against them, they're both surviving and thriving.
