Wright’s Gourmet House
Wright’s has been around since 1963, so they’ve had plenty of time to perfect their pies! Beyond their fabulous desserts, the also offer some excellent sandwiches as well. When they first opened up shop, original owner Marjorie Wright was determined to make her sandwiches the best in town—she even hired a baker from Germany to invent a custom bread! The “House Specials”—the Beef Martini and the Golden Gate—are always customer favorites. Marjorie Wright’s grandson, Jeff Mount, now owns Wright’s Gourmet House, and despite making a few updates as the years passed, he continues the legacy of his grandparents by providing excellent deli sandwiches and specialty desserts to the Tampa community.
