Wheat Penny Oven and Bar

Wheat Penny Oven and Bar, located near Dayton, Ohio’s Oregon district, was created by two friends who shared a passion for cooking, and pizza.

Pizzas are made with a dough that slowly proofs over several days, “creating flavor and a slightly chewy, air-pocketed crust that complements our delicious toppings.” Homemade sauce, ricotta and mozzarella made daily, fresh vegetables and herbs make the pizzas truly divine as they emerge from the hot, 700 degree deck oven.
