SENATE Restaurant
From Korean hot dogs and lobster BLTs to sweet potato falafel sandwiches and truffle fries, the SENATE Restaurant has got this eclectic menu thing down to a science.
They’ve also got a pretty killer drink list, with a variety of draft and bottled beers, wines and signature cocktails – like the Fidel Castro, which is composed of bourbon barrel aged spiced rum, maple syrup, angostura + orange bitters.
Owned and operated by Chef Daniel Wright and his wife, Jana, this funky eatery has been featured on the Food Network’s Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, and they even published their own cookbook, Senate: Street & Savory.
