With a name like Lardo, you know you are in for a tasty treat. Lardo started as a small food cart in 2010, but moved into a permanent space when the demand for the incredible sandwiches outgrew the cart. Chef Rick Gencarelli brought his culinary skills west from New York City, and there is no way Portland is ever letting him leave. Lardo knows meat (no surprise there).
