Owner and baker Donna Damiano got her start in the culinary world early—cooking in her family’s Italian restaurant at age 13! She loved the business so much that she went off to Culinary School to practice her skills and worked as a pastry chef for several noteworthy spots before opening up her own shop in Jacksonville. Although her pies are to die for, Damiano is a well-rounded dessert pro, and she offers amazing cakes, cookies, and pastries as well.
