If There’s Any Time To Visit This One-Of-A-Kind Pennsylvania Flower Farm, This Summer Is It
Something just seems natural about spending a leisurely summer day on a farm, doesn’t it? Strolling along rows of flowers, stopping to admire a butterfly that’s perched on a group. Taking a few moments to watch ducks waddle along the edge of a pond before sliding into the water. And, meeting the resident goats. Spend a day at this one-of-a-kind farm in Pennsylvania for an unforgettable summer adventure.
Nested in Chester Springs, Yellow Springs Farm is a native plant nursery and artisanal goat cheese dairy farm founded and run by Catherine and Al Renzi.
A stroll through the enchanting farm — which consists of a historic farmhouse, a springhouse, and a dairy house on eight sprawling acres — is akin to walking through a scene from a fairy tale.
You'll also meet the resident Nubian goats, who play an important role at the farm. The goats nibble on the grass and other plants in the pasture, keeping it perfectly manicured.
The unique Pennsylvania farm welcomes visitors during special events and regular hours. However, call or email ahead of time to ensure someone will be at the farm when you arrive.
