If you're not from Hollidaysburg, you might not have heard of Chimney Rocks Park, a popular local park that boasts some of the area's most breathtaking views.
The park is also a popular gathering spot throughout the year with concerts and other community activities held here.
Known for its chiseled limestone pillars, the park has several overlooks - one that's easily accessible to most visitors and another that requires a short but moderately challenging hike.
With two lots, the Pennsylvania park offers ample parking.

Whichever option you choose, you'll be treated to sweeping views of both Hollidaysburg and the spectacular fall foliage, especially if you go during its peak.
Tallying just .07 of a mile, the Chimney Rocks Lookout Trail, considered dog and kid-friendly, earns top marks for being well-maintained. Still, you'll have a bit of a climb, so be prepared.
Dogs are allowed on the trail but must remain on a leash. Remember to take anything you bring with you - bottles, food with wrappers, etc. - back out with you to preserve the natural beauty of the area.
