It’s probably safe to say that COVID has changed all of our plans at least a few times during the past months. Many of our favorite restaurants and entertainment venues, in fact, have either curbed their hours or have been forced to temporarily close to ensure the public’s safety. Queen & Rook Café in Pennsylvania, however, currently remains open, and it’s the perfect destination for a fun and a safe few hours out.

Outdoors, in a "parklet" sheltered from the elements, with tables at the recommended six feet apart to allow for social distancing. If you've never been to the board game café, you're in for a real treat.
Queen & Rook boasts a massive collection of games - more than 1,200 to be exact - and you can even purchase your favorites. (If you don't feel safe staying at the café, buy your game and your food to go.)
Queen & Rook also features a full restaurant and bar, so you can warm up or cool down with a drink while playing a game or just while kicking back and waiting for your meal to arrive.
Pair your hearty Beyond Burger or tacos with a seasonal cocktail, a beer, or a glass of wine. Soft drinks, including sodas and lemonade, are also on the menu. (Please note, alcohol may not be available for outdoor seating, only to go, depending on PA's current rules.)
