Everett Railroad in Hollidaysburg, less than two hours from downtown Pittsburgh, kicks off its annual holiday tradition this October with weekend Pumpkin Patch Train Rides.
Climb aboard an old-fashioned steam engine train at the train station in Hollidaysburg for an hour long scenic ride.

The festively decorated pumpkin patch. All children receive a small pumpkin that they can decorate with the
free felt decoration kit.
Snap photos outside of the train, which journeys from Hollidaysburg to Kladder, once you disembark.
You'll have plenty of other photographic opportunities, too.
Pumpkin patch tickets include an approximately hour-long train ride and a small pumpkin and pumpkin decorating kit for children.
Tickets are $21 for individuals between 13 and 64, $20 for seniors 65 and older, and $18 for children between three and 12-years-old.
The Pumpkin Patch Special leaves the station on October 14, 15, 21, and 22, 2017. Trains run at various times throughout the day.
