But, there’s just something about the twinkling holiday lights and the magic of the season that makes that beauty even more striking during the holidays. For a truly spellbinding holiday adventure, journey to this Christmas display near Pittsburgh with more than one million holiday lights.
Seven Springs Mountain Resort transforms into a magical wonderland this holiday season with the annual Holidays in the Highlands.
Inch your car through the main entrance so you can admire the more than one million holiday lights that shimmer against the night sky.
You'll pass an assortment of majestic trees, all ablaze in holiday lights, as you make your way to the Main Lodge, the site of the Holidays In the Highlands Holiday Village.
The Holiday Village, with free admission, features plenty of holiday-themed activities for the entire family. Listen to - or join in - carolers sing the most popular songs of the season.
Stop for a visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus, who eagerly await visitors of all ages.
Kids can write a letter to Santa (the one at the North Pole, of course) and make holiday crafts. The Holiday Village also features an assortment of crafts from more than two dozen vendors.
Snap photos of the kids as they ride the holiday train, for a fee, at the Holiday Village.
Gaze at the mesmerizing light display at Seven Springs every Friday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. through December 23, 2017. The Holiday Village welcomes guests from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Fridays and from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturdays.
