Klavon's Ice Cream Parlor boasts a storied history, dating back to 1923. Originally run as an apothecary and ice cream parlor by James and Mary Klavon, Klavon's closed in 1977.

It remained shut for the next 20 years. Then, the Klavon's grandchildren re-opened the ice cream parlor, which still looks as though it's stepped out of the past.

Today, Jacob and Desiree Hanchar own and operate the old-fashioned ice cream parlor that draws ice cream lovers from all over.

So, what'll you have? Choose from one of the assortment of sundaes, such as the pineapple upside down cake, the cookie monster, or the peanut butter and jelly.

Or, perhaps an old-fashioned banana split will hit the spot.

Ice cream floats and ice cream sodas are also a popular treat, which perfectly pair with the paninis and soups also on the menu.
