7 Holiday Markets In Pittsburgh Where You’ll Find Amazing Treasures For Everyone
It’s that time of the year again! Light Up Night in Downtown Pittsburgh officially kicks off the holiday season on November 17, 2017. And, there’ll be plenty for Pittsburghers to do all season long, including getting their holiday shopping done early. Here are seven holiday markets in Pittsburgh where you’ll find amazing treasures for everyone on your shopping list.

Engage in a Pittsburgh tradition this holiday season with a visit to the Peoples Gas Holiday Market in Market Square. Vendors, snug in wooden chalets, include Blissed Out Design, Gifts from Afar, and Old German Christmas. The holiday market kicks off at Light Up Night on November 17 and runs through December 23, 2017.

Spend an afternoon shopping for all of your holiday gifts while the kids have a blast. The holiday market at the Doubletree Hotel in Monroeville features activities, including a visit from Santa and face painting for the kids. Browse the stalls of approximately 55 vendors, such as Avon, Jamberry, and Traveling and Vineyard. The Holiday Market is set for November 26, 2017 from noon to 4 p.m.

Get a jumpstart on your Christmas shopping at the Annual Pittsburgh Arts & Crafts Holiday Spectacular. The Monroeville Convention Center hosts the spectacular holiday market. Browse the booths of nearly 300 vendors. Kids can get their photo taken with Santa and meet Glitter Dot the Clown. The holiday market runs from November 17-19, 2017. Visit Friday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Plan to spend a day shopping at the Handmade Arcade at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center. The annual craft fair, Pittsburgh’s largest, will host more than 170 artists and vendors from Pittsburgh and around the United States. Handmade Arcade is set for December 2, 2017 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Meet the animals and shop for Christmas gifts at Animal Friends Holidays with Heart. The holiday market will feature local vendors selling an assortment of crafts and products, ranging from photographs to jewelry. Holidays with heart is slated for December 2 and 3, 2017 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Shop at the 12th Annual Snowflake Gift and Craft Show at Mt. Chesnut Nazarene Center. The holiday market will feature over 50 vendors. Visitors can shop during the morning, stop for lunch in the dining hall, and finish shopping afterward. The gift and craft show is set for December 2, 2017 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Stop by the former Office Depot storefront at the Waterfront for the I Made It For The Holidays Market 2017. More than 100 vendors will be at the market, making it easy for guests to finish their holiday shopping. I Made It For The Holidays Market is set for November 24 and 25 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and November 26 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
