The Christmas Village Near Pittsburgh That Becomes Even More Magical Year After Year

Overly's Country Christmas, a magical Christmas village near Pittsburgh, has been delighting visitors since 1956. The adventure begins with a drive through the shimmering village aglow in Christmas lights.
Snap photos in front of Henry Hemlock, the talking Christmas tree. Yes, Henry talks. So, strike up a conversation and see what the beautifully decorated tree with a huge personality has to say.
...warm up over a cozy bonfire. The Christmas Village also features plenty to eat, including kettle corn, burgers and hot dogs, hot chocolate, and funnel cakes.
Santa, of course, will be on hand to take photos and listen to Christmas wishes. You'll also want to stop by the General Store to find unique gifts and visit the model train at Hartman Station.
Overly Country Christmas's cost of admission, which includes the drive-through lights display and the walk-through Christmas village, is $15 per car from Monday through Thursday. Friday and Saturday admission is $18 per car. Only cash is accepted.
Visit Overly's Country Christmas Sunday through Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. or Friday and Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. The Christmas village will be open through January 1, 2018.
The Christmas village will only be open weather-permitting each evening. Please check their website (listed below) for days there will only be a drive-through available.
