A carnival certainly wouldn't be complete without old-fashioned fair food, including funnel cakes and ice cream. You might even want to grab a quick meal before digging into the goodies.
Don't forget to snag tickets for some of the concerts set to take place, and make sure you're on the fairgrounds at dusk on the Fourth of July for a spectacular fireworks show.
