One Of The Oddest Geological Wonders Is Located Right Near Philadelphia
Pennsylvania is full of geological wonders, and the area around Philadelphia is no exception! Just about an hour away from the City of Brotherly Love is an incredible, unique field of boulders. At first, they look just like stones, but when you find out their musical secret, you will be amazed.

Ringing Rocks Park is a great place to plan a day in nature - pack a picnic, as there are plenty of places to relax.

You'll reach the waterfall at the end of the trail. It's an impressive display of nature, and it's super pretty beneath the fall foliage and when it is frozen in the winter.

It may just look like a regular old field of rocks, but bring a hammer along with you and you'll discover something absolutely phenomenal; striking them produces an unusually melodic ring!

Normal boulders clunk. These rocks are musical! Well, most of them are; some are considered "dead" and you'll just hear a dull thud when your hammer hits them.
