Philadelphia is a quirky city, but we love our way of living. I guess some things we do could be considered insane to everyone else, but to us, they’re hallmarks of being a Philadelphian. From a young age, we love hanging out on our neighborhood stoops, talking to passersby, and keeping an eye on the neighbors.
A bunch of South Philly dudes dressing up in bright, colorful clothing, hats, and makeup, parading around early on January 1st... what's so weird about that?
