11 Thoughts Everyone In Pennsylvania Has When Winter Is Coming

Finally, the unseasonably warm weather that we’ve been having is gone, and it feels like winter might be right around the corner. Before the first flurries fall from the sky, everyone has a few of the same thoughts… Here are what Pennsylvanians think about while waiting for winter’s arrival.

1. How many more minutes of daylight do we have left?

2. Seriously. How is it dark already? I feel like I just ate lunch.

3. SNOW!

4. Will there be enough salt for all of the roads and sidewalks this year?

5. Time to break out the sweaters, parkas, mittens, scarves, boots, and more to stay warm.

6. Finally, we can hit the slopes.

7. Or, curl up by the fireplace with the laptop or a good book.

8. Time to put candles in all of the windows.

9. It's also time for a delicious cup of hot chocolate.

10. The classic Christmas movie, "It's a Wonderful Life" has special significance for Pennsylvanians, since Jimmy Stewart is from our state.

11. Most importantly...how long until spring?!
