Some truly strange things have happened in Pennsylvania this week– from a city spending amazing money to get rid of a common pest to a woman swiping an unbelievable amount of merchandise from a lingerie store. Here is our roundup of wacky events.

Storm Chellino has enjoyed arm wrestling since his high school days, but never expected to become a champion of the sport. He is the youngest participant to have won numerous arm wrestling titles and is one of the few competitors on the forefront of the World Armwrestling League.
