Normally, when looking for answers about how to live a long life, you’ll hear tidbits of wisdom such as “let go of your anger!” “Get enough sleep!” or “Eat plenty of kale smoothies!” … Things that while we acknowledge their alleged benefits, we don’t really want to hear about or do.
