The few members of society who make it to their triple digits are revered as sources of wisdom. We look to them for advice about how to care for ourselves both physically and mentally.

Normally, when looking for answers about how to live a long life, you’ll hear tidbits of wisdom such as “let go of your anger!” “Get enough sleep!” or “Eat plenty of kale smoothies!” … Things that while we acknowledge their alleged benefits, we don’t really want to hear about or do.
