Nature Is Reclaiming This One Abandoned Pennsylvania Spot And It’s Actually Amazing
It’s amazing to behold human structures that are left to decay. Over time, the elements reclaim them until they are only the bare bones of what they once were – yet somehow, hauntingly beautiful. Linfield Industrial Park in Pennsylvania is one such spooky place.

Linfield Industrial Park has sat abandoned since 1986, when it was shut down after over 100 years of use. The expansive park, located near Limerick, last held a packaging facility for ammonia-based cleaners and antifreeze before it was left empty.

Throughout its history, though, the industrial park has served numerous purposes; most notably, it was a whiskey distillery after Prohibition was repealed. At one point, its warehouse held the world's largest stock of aging whiskey, with a capacity for over one million barrels.

Since it was abandoned, the grounds of the Linfield Industrial Park have suffered a few fires; most recently, firefighters were dispatched to the property in February of 2015.
