Clarion County Fair Is The Best Summer Festival In Pennsylvania

A true Pennsylvania summer means a whole lot of fun – cheering on our favorite baseball teams, staying cool at our favorite Pennsylvania beaches, and grilling in the backyard. We all have an idea of what constitutes a true Pennsylvania summer, and many of us would likely agree that the fairs and festivals that fill our calendars are part of what makes the season so special. Here’s just one epic annual fair you won’t want to miss this summer.

Clear your calendar for at least one visit, though you’ll probably want to make it a few more, to the Clarion County Fair, set for July 24-30, 2022.

Held at Red Valley Municipal Park in Fairmount City, the annual summer fair offers a full menu of family-friendly fun – from classic carnival rides to live entertainment.

While away the hours on your favorite carnival rides, or score big on one of the carnival games for a prize. A long list of food vendors will also be on hand, so you can indulge in all of summer’s favorite treats.

Even if you feel like kicking back and relaxing, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to do just while taking in a show. Marvel at the Extreme Illusions and Escapes performance, and be sure to catch the Pompeyo Dog Show.

A tractor pull, a truck pull, and a demolition derby are also scheduled.

If the kiddos love animals, stop by the Children’s Barn, where they can make some new furry friends, make crafts, and take on an obstacle course.

Play a few games of Bingo at the BINGO Pavilion. Games are scheduled throughout the festival.

Chances are you’ll find there’s *so much* to do and to see at the fair that you’ll want to visit at least a few times to experience it all.
