So get ready for an unforgettable adventure. Wear your comfiest shoes (closed-toed are recommended) for the more than one-hour-long tour of Long Acres Alpaca Farm.
Stroll through the pastures to meet the alpacas. Run your hands through their soft fleece and allow them to sniff you, nibble your hair, and eat from your hands.
Discover how the farm processes its alpacas' fleece to make eco-friendly clothing.
Then, after the tour, stop by the onsite shop to browse the merchandise made with fiber from the resident alpacas.
Having an unforgettable time? Then why not spend a few nights at the farm's charming guest house? Overnight guests at the three bedroom farmhouse will have TV and internet access, a fire pit, and a kitchen chock full of delicious breakfast items.
Long Acres Alpaca Farm also hosts workshops throughout the year. Guests can spend three hours working on the farm, for example. Or you can learn how to spin alpaca fiber.
