You'll have to climb quite a few rock stairs to make your way to Hawk Rock Overlook on this loop trail. Your best bet is to pace yourself by going slow and steady.
Be sure to pay attention as you hike, too, since you'll be dealing with a lot of rocky terrain. If you visit on the weekend, especially with nice weather, expect crowds.
