Hersheypark draws countless visitors each season, most in search of a carefree yet action-packed summer day.

But, did you know that the popular amusement park is also home to the Boardwalk, a spectacular waterpark that promises plenty of ways to stay cool all summer long?

Spanning 11 acres, the Boardwalk boasts more than 16 attractions. So, whether you prefer action or relaxation, you'll find it at the Boardwalk.

Start your adventure at East Coast Waterworks (pictured below), where you can zip down one of seven slides and two crawl tunnels. (And, that's just the beginning.)

Or, relax by meandering along the Intercoastal Waterway, or wade at the Shore, a massive wave pool.

Then, get your adrenaline racing with a ride down one of the numerous Coastline Plunges, steep slides that will zip you straight into a shimmering pool.

Of course, you'll also want to check out the Boardwalk's newest attraction, the Whitecap Racer.

Race other park-goers as you zoom down the slide on mats. Winners will see their initials and times listed on the Leaderboard.
