Challenge yourself to perhaps one of Pennsylvania's most spectacular hiking trails. The Standing Stone Trail, spanning 80 miles through Central Pennsylvania, features the Thousand Steps. 4. Heritage Rail Trail
Slip on your hiking boots. Climb on your bike or on a horse and travel along the Heritage Rail Trail. The picturesque trail stretches 21 miles across York County. Hike through the historic Howard Tunnel and stop by the New Freedom Junction Museum. Stop at the end of the trail or connect with the Torrey C. Brown Trail to Maryland.
