We can go to a movie theater pretty much anytime, but a drive-in theater? As the number of drive-ins dwindles all across the country, they become even more treasured by those who love them. If you’ve never been to a drive-in, you’re pretty much guaranteed to love this one-of-a-kind adventure. However, if it’s been too long since you’ve caught a double feature, pull into a prime spot at Becky’s Drive-In in Pennsylvania the next chance you get.

Becky's Drive-In has been *the* place to go for nighttime fun in Walnutport since it showed its first flick back in 1946.

Today, it's a treasured tradition for many and has earned its fair share of accolades, including having received a nod as the U.S.'s fifth-best drive-in by *USA Today*.

Whether it's your 100th visit or your first, you'll likely love every moment of this old-school experience that's so much more than catching a double feature.

You can even bring your pup along on your nighttime journey back in time. Gates open at different times, depending on what day you're heading to the drive-in.

However, you might want to arrive when or shortly after the gates open to snag a good parking spot.

That time leading up to dusk and the start of the first film is perfect for stocking up on goodies from the concession stand, throwing a Frisbee back and forth, and chatting with friends.

You'll probably make at least one trip - if not more, once you see the many offerings - to the concession stand. There, you'll find all of the favorites - from hot dogs and burgers to pierogies and pretzels.

Don't forget the popcorn and other treats - candy, soft pretzels, and even pickles.

Make a return visit to the concession stand, or just stretch your legs during the brief intermission between movies.
