Burger fans, start counting down the days until the most delicious festival of the year. If you love a good burger, you’ll feel as though you’ve gone to heaven at the Hamburg-er Festival in Pennsylvania, an epic one-day event that will tantalize your taste buds. Just make sure you bring a hearty appetite with you because your stomach’s guaranteed to start growling.
The 18th Annual Taste of the Hamburg-er Festival returns to Hamburg, after a year hiatus due to the pandemic, on September 4, 2021, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
More than 30 hamburger stands will dot the downtown area, all vying for your attention. Those burger stands slated to attend include Albie’s Burger Truck, Dog House Grill, and Wow Foods, LLC.
A whole of other vendors will also be on hand. Stop by such favorites as Bricker’s Famous French Fries, LA Concessions, and Candy’s Homemade Ice Cream.
If you’re pretty good at downing burgers, you might also want to sign up for one of the burger-eating competitions. (Preparing to compete will be oh-so-delicious, too.)
The festival will host an Amateur Hamburger Eating Competition and a Professional Hamburger Eating Competition. Practice your best cow moo, too, for the mooing contest.
Live entertainment is scheduled throughout the day, and other activities will range from mobile gem mining and a rock climbing wall to crafts and woodworking demonstrations.
