14 Hidden Places In Oregon Where You Can Get Away From It All
Do you ever feel like all you want to do is relax in a beautiful, serene natural setting? Oregon is full of hidden spots that are both peaceful and breathtakingly beautiful. From secluded beaches to serene alpine lakes, there’s no better place to relax than at these 14 hidden gems in Oregon.
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. 14. Trillium Lake
Nestled into the beautiful Mt Hood National Forest is the peaceful Trillium Lake. This lake is a perfect place to visit whether you like to fish, swim, kayak, camp, or simply relax with a book and a picnic on the shore.
13. Terwilliger Hot Springs
This incredible natural hot spring is made up of a 5 small rock pools flowing into one another. Located in the Willamette National Forest, this hot spring is the perfect place to relax and soak in the beauty of nature.
12. Arch Cape
This beautiful beach is located 4 miles south of Cannon Beach, but it's far less crowded. Arch Cape is a wonderful place to relax on a beautiful Oregon Coast beach.

Located in Salem, the Oregon Garden is a beautiful place to relax and stroll through many gorgeous gardens that will make you feel like you've entered a fairy tale.

Take an easy stroll along Sweet Creek for a perfect escape into nature's bliss. You'll find a lovely hiking trail along the creek in the Siuslaw National Forest.

Nestled in to the Mt. Hood National Forest not far from Government Camp is the stunning Mirror Lake: a perfectly picturesque body of water reflecting the mountain's summit.
8. Spencer Butte
Spencer Butte is a wonderful place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and relax in the sunshine and softly blowing wind. At the top of the butte, you'll find this amazing viewpoint looking over Eugene.
7. Bayocean Spit
This gorgeous, 4-mile beach in Tillamook County is one of the lesser known beaches on the coast, and it's an absolute gem.

This amazing alpine lake is a wonderful place to relax in a beautiful setting. You'll find it in the Cascade Range, 25 miles from Bend.

Stroll along vibrant wildflowers at the stunning Rowena Crest, located above the Columbia River near Mosier. If you're looking for a short hike, check out the McCall Point hike - it's absolutely gorgeous.

Located in the amazing Newberry Crater in Deschutes National Forest, this peaceful alpine lake is truly magical.
