The Oregon Coast is full of stunning beaches that’ll make you feel like you’ve been transported to another world. There's a fascinating Native American legend from the Nah-So-Mah tribe that describes Face Rock as the head of a beautiful princess who was captured by an evil sea spirit and turned into stone while she stared up at the moon. To this day you can see the silhouette of her face if you look closely at the large sea stack.
