The Larger-Than-Life Holiday Light Experience That’s Illuminating Oregon This Winter

The holiday season goes by in the blink of an eye, and between all of the amazing light displays, festivals, and events in Oregon, there’s so much to see and do that it can be overwhelming to know where to start… and what to prioritize. But there’s one place in Oregon that offers an experience that’s both larger-than-life and grounding, reminding visitors of the true meaning at the heart of this busy season. The Christmas Festival of Lights at The Grotto is back this year with lights, choral concerts, and entertainment, and it’s a must-visit event the entire family will love.

During these uncertain times, please keep safety in mind and consider adding destinations to your bucket list to visit at a later date.

The Christmas Festival of Lights at The Grotto runs nightly through Dec. 30, with the exception of Christmas Day (Dec. 25), when it’s closed. Visit The Grotto’s website for more information, including event times and ticket prices. Please note that you’ll need to provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test for entry.
