A new 4.8 mile urban streetcar system just opened in the capital city and it’s the coolest thing ever. OKC Streetcar construction began in 2017 and just opened for riders in December 2018. OKC Streetcar is a $131-million capital project that's also known as MAPS 3 streetcar. You can buy a single ride pass, a 24-hour pass, a month pass or an annual pass. A 24-hour pass only costs $3.

It services the downtown Oklahoma City area connecting the City's central core with the EMBARK network. Modern streetcars share the road with other automobiles, so be on the lookout for them while driving in downtown OKC.

The Downtown Loop serves 22 stops and the Bricktown Loop serves 9 stops.
