There’s A Rib Ranch In Oklahoma And It’s As Mouthwatering As It Sounds
Tucked away in the hills of southern Oklahoma is a rib ranch that’s as mouthwatering as it sounds. Smokin” Joe’s is located in Davis near the popular Turner Falls and serves a wide variety of barbecue that’s finger lickin’ good. It’s a unique and quirky restaurant that’s devoted to making sure you get “love in your rub.” Check them out…the food goes fast, so get there early.
Smokin Joe's Rib Ranch opened in 2007 and quickly became a hot spot in southern Oklahoma for delicious bbq. If you can't follow the smell of the smokin' meat in town, you can find the restaurant at 3165 Jollyville Road in Davis.
The restaurant is open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m and on Friday and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Closed on Sunday and Wednesday).
They also serve chicken along with all their meat offerings. Sides on the menu include coleslaw, beans, french fries, potato salad and okra. And you can't go wrong with any of them.
You can also find a pork tenderloin and pulled chicken sandwich on the menu. Top them off with coleslaw, and it's as good as it gets when it comes to sandiwches.
