Throughout Oklahoma you can find fresh fruits and vegetables from local farmers markets, produce stands or even on street corners. But you can’t get any fresher than picking your own food straight from the source. There are several U-Pick Farms that offer delicious fruits and vegetables with a fun and unique experience to go with it. Every farm/orchard has their own picking season and hours, so check with each one before venturing out to pick. Here are 10 farms and orchards where you can pick the freshest food in the Sooner state.

Thunderbird is a family owned and operated farm where you can pick many of your own fruits and vegetables. You can find asparagus, cucumbers, strawberries, sweet corn, blueberries and blackberries. Porter, Oklahoma is the Official Peach capital of Oklahoma and you can find some of the best peaches in the state at Livesay. You can pick your own apples, peaches and pumpkins during the season. If you love blackberries and blueberries, then make your way to Endicott Farms on Saturday mornings or Tuesday evenings during harvest season.
