You’ve Never Experienced Anything Like This Epic Abandoned Railroad Hike In Oklahoma

The Old Frisco Trail, stretching from Poteau to Wister, is a 6.5-mile trail that runs along where the old Frisco Railroad tracks once existed. The tracks are now gone, but the trail still remains. The trail runs parallel to the Old Wister Highway through LeFlore County and has been rehabilitated over the last few years by a local businessman. So go put on those running shoes and set out on this easy, beautiful trail along the path of the old Frisco Railroad.
