It’s located in the cutest vintage house that boasts a bright turquoise color and red door and just wait until you taste the delicious marshmallows they make fresh every week to go in their gourmet hot chocolate. Katiebug's Shaved Ice and Hot Chocolate is a mother-daughter run sweet shop in the heart of Downtown Oklahoma City specializing in delicious baked goods, tasty drinks, and all-natural shaved ice.

This whimsical sweet shop is so adorable, you'll never want to leave.

All the bright and cheerful decorations will make you feel like you're in a magical, happy place and it's such a great spot for a girly outing (but of course, the guys will love it too).

They are best known for their hot chocolate, homemade marshmallows, and fresh baked goods. Try one of Katie’s cakes, like the chocolate cake, best cake ever, carrot cake cupcakes or strawberry cupcakes.

For those looking for gluten-friendly items, they have some tasty items, like these lime bars that are extra delicious with a glass of their raspberry hibiscus iced tea.

The gourmet hot chocolate is out of this world delicious and perfect for those cold days.

One of the coolest things they make are the homemade marshmallows. Choose from 16 signature flavors, including a peanut butter flavor that is crazy good.

For those hot, summer days, try their all-natural shaved ice that is made from 100% organic cane sugar, fresh fruit, and local herbs.

Outside the house is a lovely grassy area with tables and chairs, perfect for those nice weather days.

You may remember Katiebugs from their vintage trailer. Before they opened their store, they operated out of the trailer at different locations around the city.
