Oklahomans are very serious when it comes to their favorite burgers. We will wait in long lines just to get our favorites and we are not easily deterred from our establishments that we have chosen. The Cheeky Burger in Newkirk is one such establishment that has started to be noticed as one of the best. Partly, because of the carhop service, and partly because the burgers taste too good.

The Cheeky Burger opens daily at 11:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday and is closed on Sundays. Better show up early because they get rather busy at lunchtime.

It’s hard to believe one of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten is located in a gas station. Inside VP Racing Station in Oklahoma City, you’ll find Lip Smackers Restaurant serving half-pound burgers that are lip-smacking good.
